Some products are handmade to order. We make every effort to keep our turn around time to 10 days, however this can fluctuate during busier times such as holidays. Please contact us for current turn around time. Turn around time is the time to make your sign prior to shipping.
Our shop is located in Canada so our checkout will process in Canadian dollars only, HOWEVER, like any cross boarder purchases your credit card company or pay pal will charge you in USD conversion, so your final charge you pay is the USD price.
ABOUT OUR SIGNS
Made from quality wood | latex paint | wood stain
All signs come ready to hang with wire backing or D hooks. Please use common sense and follow manufacturers instructions for whatever hardware you choose to hang your sign with. Angela Slade & Vibe Marketplace assumes no responsibility for any accidents or incidents that occur once your sign leaves our warehouse. By completing your purchase you accept responsibility.

Each sign is an original we hand paint and distress each and every sign, no two signs are exactly the same. Due to the natural character of wood sometimes cracks, knots, chips and imperfections are present. We make no effort to cover these as they enhance the natural rustic look of this wood sign!
CUSTOM DESIGNS + ARTWORK
We happily except custom designs, however due to the high volume of orders we prep all sizes on our website in bulk and there for are only able to offer those sizes. All designs are the intellectual property of Angela Slade & Vibe Marketplace and are subject to copyright laws. Any custom designed artwork belongs to Angela Slade & Vibe Marketplace and may be used at our discretion. Art proofs will be sent prior to paint your custom sign, once an art proof is approved no changes can be made and you will be held liable for approving the design.
RETURNS | EXCHANGES | CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom nature of our work and the high costs of shipping, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns. No exceptions.
If you need to CANCEL your order it must be done within 24 hours. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% processing fee.
For the above reasons, it is very important to verify your order before completing order!
For the Holiday seasons USA orders will ship via Fedex and Canadian orders will ship via Purolator or UPS.
Standard shipping times are between 1-7 business days in Canada and 2-4 business days to USA.
We reserve the right to use the most economical shipping available.
Your order will come packaged with corner protectors and a 200 LB test box. We make every effort to ensure you package is carefully wrapped. Vibe Marketplace is not responsible for any damages caused by shipping, lost or stolen packages or missed deliveries. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout. We make every effort to ensure that you order is packed to withstand shipping. We cannot control shipping, if your package arrives damaged please send us an email. As a courtesy to our customers, your package comes with complimentary $100 insurance and damage claims are approved/denied on case-by-case basis at the discretion of the shipping company.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

Our online shop is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application.
