Nicole has four core beliefs: That we are all recovering from something and there is hope for anyone struggling with addiction; That it takes a tribe to pick you up, help you dust yourself off, and find the strength to start over, again; that no one can force you to change; only you can change when you’re ready. And when you’re ready, you will need a tribe. That’s where the (In)School Team comes in; Finally she believes it takes self-compassion and kindness to allow ourselves the space we need to heal. I believe in the joy of recovery and returning to our authentic self.
