Phase 1: Remember (Weeks 1-4 - April 12-May 3, 2025)

Releasing old conditioning, healing past wounds, and reconnecting with your inner power.

  • The Body as a Portal – Energetic upgrades, nervous system regulation, and feminine flow - with Special Guest: Mariel Wilk of AbunDANCE training your subconscious mind combined with dance embodiment.

  • Sovereignty & Discernment – Setting financial, emotional, and spiritual boundaries

Phase 2: Integrate + Shift (Weeks 5-8 - May 10-31. 2025)

Activating higher states of consciousness, expanding wealth, and deepening spiritual alignment.

Phase 3: Embody (Weeks 9-12 - June 7-28, 2025)

Fully stepping into your next-level self, leading from power, and creating a legacy of impact.

  • Manifesting from Alignment – How to co-create with the universe - with Special Guest: Sarah Cooke Corporate Executive turned Modern Mystic.

  • Sacred Feminine Leadership – Owning your voice, visibility, and influence with Special Guest: Vanessa Barrington Founder, Healing House Publishing

  • The Art of Integration – Sustaining your expansion in life, business, and relationships

  • The Quantum Leap – Embodying your highest timeline and closing ceremony

Each week includes:

  • Live coaching calls and activations (90 minutes)

  • Meditations, breath-work, and embodiment practices
