Regulation Queen: Education & strategies to understand yourself, regulate your emotions & reconnect with your body in a more feminine and creative way. This is the heart of the program. It will give you back your energy to transform you into a more regulated, calm, and confident version of you.
Wise Women Gone Wild: An understanding of how your feminine energy is confined by patriarchy or cultural norms and expectations. Strategies to reconnect to wisdom, ritual, and practices that bring you to your wholeness. This is where the magic happens!
What Makes Me Different
I am a fiery old soul that loves to gather, laugh, and make some noise with like-minded women while we attract all things magical!
What sets me apart from traditional life coaches - that’s a rabbit hole - don’t get me started! Seriously though, I have a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy, a business background, and teaching experience that spans from University teaching to working with young girls helping them become leaders in their own lives. I have always BELIEVED in the POWER women hold and sometimes can’t see it if it is smack dab in the middle of their stunning noses - full disclosure coming from my therapy chair…
After working in the field of psychotherapy for over 20 years, I decided to become a Midlife Transformation Coach so that I could have the FREEDOM to create, laugh & support clients beyond the limitations of psychotherapy. Now I offer my clients epic, fun, and creative transformative experiences that far surpass what I could as a therapist. As a coach I call forward your blind spots or challenges that are truly getting in the way of living your best mid-life. I am a coach that comes with many many years of training and experience. I walk my talk and I am passionate about supporting women to rise higher than they could dream.

What to Expect
A fun, creative, magical online space for women to gather for 3 glorious months.
Weekly exercises to blow your mind, soothe that child, and unleash the wild wise woman.
Unlimited questions answered inside the course for the duration of the course. I got your back!
12 - 90-minute group zooms – 1 per week – recording will be shared to the group. Where we gather, stir it up and get down to business.
3 – 60 minute (1 per month) 1:1 Zoom meetings with personalized magic and private connection to me via Slack for the duration of the course. I will be your fiery cheerleader and taskmaster.

Month 1 – The Foundation: Laying the foundation and finding your definition of your best life. Understanding how the mind works and building awareness about what needs a tune up while working your magic. Here you get a roadmap to rewire your brain.
Month 2 – The Heart: Exposing and working with roadblocks. Doing the emotional and somatic work to unleash your heart and pour it into an action plan. Here you get the goods to release stored baggage.
